Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Cashier / Order Taker to join our team at Dubai Knowledge Village Park. This is a full-time position, and we are giving priority to female candidates with prior experience working in restaurants or food courts. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
2. Accurately take and process customer orders using the point-of-sale system.
3. Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries.
4. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and issue receipts.
5. Reconcile the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
6. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and dining area.
7. Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
8. Assist in stock management and replenishment of supplies when required.

Requirements

1. Female candidates with prior experience in restaurants or food courts will be given priority.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
4. Basic math skills and experience handling transactions.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.
6. Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
7. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
