Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our Zayed City team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for completing customer transactions and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store and should be able to handle their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as they enter the store
Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean work environment
Assisting in other duties such as restocking shelves and cleaning up spills
Balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Answering questions about products, pricing, availability, etc.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred
Previous experience working as a Cashier is required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask
Experience:
At least 1 year of cash handling experience is required. Previous retail experience is preferred. The successful candidate should have the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
