Job Details:

1. POS knowledge & experience
2. Process sales transactions
3. Calculate the cost of products or services
4. Accept payments
5. Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
6. Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
7. Answer customer questions about products or services
8. Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
9. Report issues with equipment
10. Work as a team to meet store sales goals
11. Handle customer complaints
12. Process layaways, returns and exchanges
13. Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
14. Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise
15. Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
16. Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
