Job Description

Allo Beirut Restaurant LLC is growing its team and looking for a Cashier to join us.

Qualification

• Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all money is safeguarded at all times and follows the correct procedures for handling money.
• Has a basic understanding and control of profit and loss.
• Follows upselling programs.
• Shift timings and weekends including public holidays. Physically demanding environment. Potentially indoor and outdoor working conditions year-round.
• The core function of a cashier is to handle cash and sales transactions in addition to processing beverage items and food sales to foster customer satisfaction.

Operational Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and welcome every customer.

HR/Training

• Ensures that junior colleagues are continuously trained.

Health & Safety

• To be fully aware of the restaurant's licensing, fire, and health and safety regulations.

Communication

• Has good written and verbal skills.
• Communicates effectively with the outlet team at all times.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a management role with reputable standalone/branded restaurants.
