Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering their questions, and helping them locate items.
2. Operate various electronic devices, including scanners, scales, and cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions.
3. Maintain accurate records by balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
4. Promote a positive shopping experience by accepting payments, providing receipts, and processing refunds and exchanges in a timely manner.
5. Comply with store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, and special item purchases.
6. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
