We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients in the business strategy and operations sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and business transformation.

Position: Cashier

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Contract Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming payments (cash, cheques, credit cards) from multiple channels and locations
• Issue receipts and post transactions into the appropriate General Ledger accounts
• Verify invoice and bill accuracy before processing any payment
• Validate cheques and ensure proper handling to avoid dishonours
• Operate and check POS systems to ensure smooth card payment processing
• Coordinate daily deposits with designated banks and maintain supporting documentation
• Reconcile physical cash and cheques against system balances and prepare daily reports
• Maintain updated cash register records and ensure data availability for financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier, ideally in a corporate or financial setting
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
• Good proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP
