THE DUTIES

1. Accounts Receivable & PDC Monitoring
2. Helping with management tasks
3. Aid with inquiry resolutions
4. Handling invoices precisely as well as on schedule
5. Work to process and minimize debit notes
6. Journal upkeep
7. Making certain info gets on time, accurate and also reasonable
8. Significant attention to detail in the means in which they perform their responsibilities and who exhibits a high degree of professional commitment
9. Handle purchases with customers making use of cash registers and POS machine
10. Gather settlements whether in cash or credit
11. Issue invoices, reimbursements, changes or tickets

THE DEMANDS

1. Ideally a Business or Accounting Graduate with solid accounting expertise
2. Outstanding IT and Excel management skills
3. Experience preparing receipts and invoices from the ERP
4. Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and commitment to accuracy
5. Excellent business and time management skills

THE PROSPECT

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Minimum 2 years' Cashier experience
3. Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution capability
