Responsibilities

1. Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions efficiently.
2. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, receipts, and reports.
3. Greet and assist customers, providing a top-notch shopping experience.
4. Stay knowledgeable about our products to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
5. Maintain a well-groomed appearance and exhibit high energy on the sales floor.
6. Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and provide solutions.
7. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
8. Participate in inventory management and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized.
9. Proven experience as a cashier, ideally in the bicycle industry.
