Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing clients.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
