Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, receipts, and reports.
• Greet and assist customers, providing a top-notch shopping experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and exhibit high energy on the sales floor.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and provide solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized.
• Proven experience as a cashier, ideally in the bicycle industry.
