Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and maintaining carrier and business relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISP), IP Transit vendors, and Data Centre Operators within the MEA and SAARC region.
  2. Proactively identify appropriate sourcing opportunities for data center, network services, and partnerships to meet network expansion requirements, reduce cost, and leverage external suppliers and partners as appropriate.
  3. Collaborate with the Network Leadership Team to define, develop, and deliver on an integrated and aligned strategy to support short/long term goals of the company.
  4. Manage network services procurement and ecosystem investment which will include ongoing management of network operating costs related commitments.
  5. Create and implement an effective procurement strategy for all major networking equipment and accessories by working with internal business units on potential future projects.
  6. Create and present weekly and monthly P&L management reports.
  7. Monitor and improve inventory deficiencies, such as networking equipment and accessory stock status, amortization of inventory, and storage cost.
  8. Develop and expand vendor channels for different networking equipment and accessories, including due diligence and cost negotiation.
  9. Identify problems in operations processes and resolve them in a timely manner.
  10. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  11. Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.
  2. Good knowledge of the Indonesia Telecom market.
  3. Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.
  4. 8 years of related working experience in similar roles.
  5. Possess excellent computer skills.
  6. Well organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  7. Great written and verbal communication skills.
