Carpentry Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Manage overall daily operations of the Laundry Department
2. Ensure quality controls are in place for all laundry processes, rejecting any exceptions
3. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area
4. Train, develop, and appraise the laundry team
5. Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business and Events
6. Carry out stock takes
7. Ensure par stocks are maintained
8. Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage
9. Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
10. Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system
11. Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
12. Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management
