Roles & Responsibilities

1. Managing and supervising construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
3. Conducting site visits to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and identify potential problems or safety hazards.
4. Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material quantities.
