Job Description

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring dignity and comfort in every interaction.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions, maintaining accurate records to communicate changes to medical personnel.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities that promote mental well-being.
• Implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring safety while promoting independence and physical health.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, ensuring that all areas are free from hazards and conducive to well-being.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals, providing updates on client status and care requirements.
• Document daily care activities and client observations meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about best practices in caregiving, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent, demonstrating foundational knowledge in patient care.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in caregiving or nursing assistance, showcasing a commitment to the profession.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills can enhance communication with diverse clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically and build trust with clients.
• Physical stamina and strength to assist clients effectively, particularly in mobility and personal care tasks.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor, essential for providing comfort and support to clients in need.
