Caregiver

Responsibilities:

1. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
2. Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to patients' requests for assistance.
3. Provides care for pediatric and geriatric patients.
4. Monitors vital signs and clients' health, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate medical personnel or family members.
5. Accompanies patients to medical appointments, errands, and recreational outings as needed.
