Caregiver

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with home care experience to join our team. You will provide personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Help with movement and exercises.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals.
• Medication Management: Remind clients to take medications.
• Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning and laundry.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities.
• Medical Appointments: Accompany clients to appointments.
• Observation: Monitor health and report changes.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of care.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in home care.
• MOFA AttestedCertification: CNA or HHA preferred.
• First Aid/CPR: Current certification.
• Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Observant and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to perform physical tasks.
  • Basic household chores and cooking skills.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• In clients' homes, providing one-on-one care.
