Caregiver

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have completed a Caregiving Course
• Must have a Caregiving Certificate
• Previous experience in caregiving

Job Description:

• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to patients' requests for assistance.
• Provides care for pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Monitors vital signs and reports any changes in condition to appropriate medical personnel or family members.
• Accompanies patients to medical appointments, errands, and recreational outings as needed.
