Career Development and Staffing Specialist

Our client is a professional services firm is looking to hire a Career Development & Staffing Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This role will manage the staffing allocation of home team staff on project work and oversee the staffing function reports.

Requirements:

1. 6 years' experience in staffing and career development role.
2. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Diplomacy and ability to maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including seniors.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and an unstructured environment.
5. Proactive and resourceful, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary: AED 21k - 24k plus benefits
