Cards Business Analyst

Our client is a prominent bank in Ajman looking to hire a Business Analyst (Card) to join their team onsite for a 12-month contract.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in a similar role in the banking sector.
• Deep understanding of the card lifecycle: Issuance, Activation, Usage, and Closure.
• Knowledge of Credit, Debit, Prepaid, and Corporate Card products.
• Familiarity and working with card schemes (e.g., MasterCard, Visa, Amex, UnionPay) and their compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conducting gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes.
• Understanding card management systems (CMS) and their integration with banking channels like IVR, ATMs, and Digital Banking.
• Familiarity with APIs, file formats (ISO 8583, XML, JSON), and system integration for card issuance and settlement processes.
