Cardiothoracic Surgeon

As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, and other organs within the chest cavity. You will work with a team of medical professionals to provide the highest level of care for patients with heart and lung conditions. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries including heart valve repair, coronary artery bypass grafting, and lung transplantation
• Evaluate patients and interpret diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and strategies for patients
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient history, treatment plans, and progress
• Continually update knowledge of new surgical techniques and technologies

Requirements :

• Medical degree and board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Excellent surgical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
• Valid medical license and malpractice insurance
