Team Lead | Card Payments and Applications Lead | Banking | Dubai

The Team Lead for Card Payments and Applications Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processes of developing, delivering, implementing, and maintaining card applications such as IST switch, Fraud Navigator, and ATM machines. This role involves managing new system deployments, integrations, and enhancements to existing infrastructure to ensure long-term business sustainability. This is a permanent role, based in Dubai within Banking.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrating strong knowledge in card-related applications and components.
2. Advising the IT organization, including C-Suite, on effective management of cards and ATM-related schemes and networks.
3. Ensuring effective maintenance, upgrades, and uninterrupted system availability with no negative customer impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Wide understanding of systems in the acquiring and issuing domain, settlement schemes, and related application suite.
2. Experience with IST, Fraud Navigator, Vision+, SQL database, Fiserv, VISA, Mastercard.
3. Strong understanding of Secure Coding Standards.
4. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with issuing & acquiring processes, schemes, and regulations.
5. Experience in hosting Hybrid solutions on premise/cloud and different hosting models.
6. Graduate in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
