Captain Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of waiters and waitresses to deliver outstanding service.
2. Greet and assist guests, guiding them through the menu and taking orders.
3. Ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
4. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
5. Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant, with at least 5-12 years in a leadership role.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
