Ensure that daily requisitions for food, beverage and equipment/materials are done according to par stocks and volume of business.
Ensure smooth change of shifts and record information in the diary.
Maintain supervision and discipline of In Room Dining staff in conjunction with the Outlet Manager.
Ensure that the In Room Dining area is kept tidy and clean.
Make personal contact with VIPs, suite occupants, long stay guests, etc. when ordering Food and Beverage from In Room Dining.
Ensure in conjunction with coordinators that all complimentary and private orders are delivered to guestrooms as required, and to ensure all cards are controlled.
Arrange meals, cocktail parties and special requests for clients wishing to entertain in their rooms/suites.
