Captain - Room Service Pool

• Ensure that daily requisitions for food, beverage and equipment/materials are done according to par stocks and volume of business.
• Ensure smooth change of shifts and record information in the diary.
• Maintain supervision and discipline of In Room Dining staff in conjunction with the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure that the In Room Dining area is kept tidy and clean.
• Make personal contact with VIPs, suite occupants, long stay guests, etc. when ordering Food and Beverage from In Room Dining.
• Ensure in conjunction with coordinators that all complimentary and private orders are delivered to guestrooms as required, and to ensure all cards are controlled.
• Arrange meals, cocktail parties and special requests for clients wishing to entertain in their rooms/suites.

What You Bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Experience within Room Service department.
• Excellent guest interaction skills.
