Job Summary: As a Captain at Ling Ling, you will play a key role in assisting the Restaurant Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring team coordination in a high-energy dining environment. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of guest needs to uphold the Ling Ling brand standard.
Responsibilities:
Support and train team members on service standards and the Ling Ling sequence of service.
Deliver personalized service, demonstrating expertise in food and beverage offerings.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Collaborate with the management team to maintain high operational standards.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide guidance and recommendations to guests on menu selections.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all service areas.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in hospitality, including 1-2 years in a Captain or Supervisor role.
Proven experience in high-end dining or nightclub environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Level of Education:
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
Work Hours:
Full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience in Months:
60 months of total hospitality experience, with at least 12-24 months in a leadership role.
