Job description
Responsibilities:
- You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Regularly review house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists, and communicate daily between all outlets.
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
- Focus on guest feedback and always strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
- Well-versed in Restaurant Service Operations.
- Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
