Job description
Responsibilities:
You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
Regularly review house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists, and communicate daily between all outlets.
Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Focus on guest feedback and always strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
Well-versed in Restaurant Service Operations.
Service-focused personality and a passion for food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
