Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
  2. Being attentive to guests.
  3. Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest’s requests.
  4. Anticipate guest’s needs.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.
  6. Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude.
  7. Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
  8. Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers.

Qualifications:

  1. High school or college graduate.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
