Job Summary:

Capital Haus is seeking an accomplished and strategic Capital Raising Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative capital-raising strategies to support our firm's ambitious growth and expansion plans. This role demands a proactive individual with a proven track record in securing funding and managing investor relations within high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies to secure funding for investment fund, various projects, initiatives, and expansions within our organization.
2. Investor Engagement: Identify and engage with a diverse range of potential investors, including institutional investors, high net worth individuals, private equity firms, and venture capitalists.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential investors, ensuring they are well-informed about our activities, financial performance, and growth prospects.
4. Investment Proposals: Prepare compelling investment proposals, pitch decks, and presentations designed to attract potential investors and secure funding.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including private markets and marketing, to ensure cohesive capital-raising efforts and adherence to regulatory requirements.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of capital-raising initiatives, evaluate performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
7. Networking: Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance our organization's visibility and establish key stakeholder relationships.
8. Best Practices: Continuously seek and implement best practices and innovative approaches in capital raising, investor relations, and fundraising techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background: Diploma in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. A Bachelors / Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, CFP) is advantageous.
2. Proven Success: Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing investor relations in the UAE or similar markets.
3. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of the UAE's financial landscape, including regulations, capital markets, investment vehicles, and investor preferences.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
5. Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
6. Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with a proven capacity to establish and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
7. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks.
8. Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the capability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets and deadlines.
9. Professional Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
10. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software and databases.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Fund Raising: $5.0 million USD per quarter
• Capital Raising Projects: $2.5 million USD per quarter

Remuneration:

• Fundraising: 1% on funds raised up to $2.5 million USD per quarter; 2% on funds raised above $2.5 million USD per quarter.
• Capital Raising Projects: 1-5% depending on which projects are engaged.

Full-Time Offering:

• Secure $5 million USD within six months to be offered a full-time position with all employee benefits.

Additional Information:

• For candidates residing outside the UAE, a monthly retainer will be offered once the KPIs above are met.
