Job Description:

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to join their forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing capital raising transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capital Sourcing: Identify and engage potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Transaction Structuring: Develop and structure capital raising transactions that align with the companys strategic objectives and meet investor requirements.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring continuous engagement and communication.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in capital markets.

- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.

- Pitch Development: Create compelling investment pitches and presentations to attract and secure investor interest.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution of capital raising transactions.

- Compliance: Ensure all capital raising activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, or a related field, within the UAE market.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.

- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UAE

- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
