Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities:
    • Identify companies in need of staffing.
    • Utilize networking, cold calling, and referrals to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Manage Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  3. Promote Services:
    • Inform potential clients about the benefits and unique value propositions of DailyStaffWorks' recruitment solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the company’s services, including temporary staffing, permanent placements, and other offerings.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Monitor sales performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
  5. Conduct Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions relevant to recruitment and staffing.
    • Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to effectively close sales deals.
  6. Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Coordinate with recruitment managers, sales managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
    • Provide client feedback to improve service offerings and operational processes.
  7. Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
  8. Daily Tasks:
    • Conduct prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
    • Schedule and hold meetings with potential clients to pitch services.
    • Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries.
    • Update CRM system with client interactions and progress.
    • Prepare and send proposals and quotes.
    • Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market changes.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
    • Review and analyze sales performance against goals.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  9. Additional Responsibilities (if needed):
    • Support marketing efforts by providing input on promotional campaigns and materials.
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations when necessary.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies or success stories.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
