Capital Markets Team Assistant

Based at our clients headquarters in Dubai, a new role has been created to support the Capital Markets team as well as the Existing Senior EA. The position is a varied one and will provide strong administration support to the Capital Markets Executive Assistant and the broader team. You will be solely responsible for the CM contact management system by ensuring all data is entered correctly and be responsible for collating and preparing weekly research reports for the team.
You will be overseeing a project involving the implementation of a new document management system, provide assistance with ever-changing travel arrangements and itineraries, and be involved in the visa process for all personnel. You will also provide holiday cover for the EA when she is on leave and liaise with other senior executives within the group, providing assistance when required.

We are looking for a true professional ready to take on her next career challenge. This role would suit an individual with two or three years corporate experience perhaps as a Recruitment Researcher or a Legal Receptionist. The right work ethics, personality, and overall attitude are very important to our client, and the company fit needs to be right. You will be an individual with a positive nature, high energy, and a strong team spirit. The ability to multitask with exemplary time management skills is paramount, as are strong interpersonal skills. Corporate appearance and immaculate presentation are key in representing this amazing office and its business.
NB: This is a Monday to Friday working week; however, there is huge flexibility for social commitments over the traditional Friday/Saturday weekend.
