Job Details

Responsibilities

1. 7-11 direct reports with a total of 50 staff
2. Serves as a key executive leadership team member, primarily focusing on administrative leadership, operational excellence, quality care, patient experience, regulatory issues, insurance payers, compliance, and team development.
3. Work in partnership with the CMO.
4. Drive growth and expansion experience with Washington State payers.

Required

1. Dynamic leadership, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, high personal values, and strategic vision.
2. Compassionate and engaging work style.
3. Understanding of healthcare operations and payer plans, contracts, etc.
4. Ideally, operations experience in a cancer center or oncology setting with infusion services.
