We are seeking a talented and data-driven Part-Time Performance Marketer/Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing paid and organic campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, leads, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to meet the company's goals.
Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
Set specific campaign objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
Continuously analyze and adjust campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Manage and track budgets for part-time campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Report on budget allocation, spend, and ROI for all campaigns.
Optimize budget distribution across channels to maximize impact.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on campaign metrics, trends, and insights.
Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Define and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
Implement and manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to increase conversion rates.
Utilize advanced targeting options for precise audience segmentation.
Creative Development & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns and channels.
Provide insights and feedback for creative optimization based on campaign performance.
Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Experiment with new digital marketing channels and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the digital marketing space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns on a part-time or freelance basis.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
