Camp team leader

1. Accommodation Management:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the staff accommodation facilities.
• Ensures the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of accommodation units, common areas, and amenities.
• Manages the allocation of accommodation units to staff members based on availability and company policies.
• Resolves issues related to accommodation, such as maintenance requests, room changes, and disputes.

2. Staff Welfare:

• Promotes a positive and supportive living environment for all staff members.
• Organizes social activities and events to foster a sense of community and well-being.
• Addresses staff concerns and grievances related to accommodation and living conditions.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure the overall well-being of staff members.

3. Security and Safety:

• Implements and enforces security protocols to safeguard the accommodation facilities and staff members.
• Conducts regular security checks and inspections.
• Responds to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.
• Coordinates with security personnel to ensure the safety of the accommodation area.

4 . Administrative Tasks:

• Maintains accurate records of accommodation occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
• Prepares reports on accommodation utilization and performance metrics.
• Manages the budget for accommodation-related expenses.
• Liaises with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
