Job Location - Neom, Saudi Arabia
Manage the overall operations of the village/residential facility. This includes supervising all in-house/out-sourced functions like Housing, Catering, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Recreation, Front Office, Safety & Security, etc. to ensure that the camp runs at optimal levels.
Ensure that the contractual obligations to the client and residents are met and exceeded in a consistent, proactive, and professional manner, in keeping with the values and policies of the site-based team. Achieve full compliance with statutory legislation and ensure that all records are fully maintained and available for inspection through the appointed CAFM system. Ensure all actions following risk assessments and audits are completed within the timeframes.
Ensure that high-quality meals are prepared and served in a timely manner by working closely with the catering section to plan menus, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure readiness and allotment of high-standard rooms & related facilities to the residents in a timely manner by working closely with the housing section.
Ensure high-standard housekeeping of all indoor and cleaning of all outdoor facilities, pest control, and waste management by working closely with the housekeeping section.
Ensure maintenance plan is in place and the relevant section is addressing all the maintenance-related issues in a timely manner.
Play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy living and working environment, in coordination with the on-site Safety team and TSM department. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that all personnel are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.
Develop operating budget and operate within that budget. Track expenses and introduce cost-controlling measures.
Ensure all procurement, stores, and stock control are being followed correctly.
Train & supervise the camp personnel, assigning duties and schedules in coordination with the respective section managers, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise.
Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with Admin for personnel transfers or rotations.
Act as a conduit between the Management and the village staff. Maintain proper communication with the residents. Ensure important updates are announced on time to the village staff and the residents.
13 to 15 years’ experience in the same field, with the last 5 years in a supervisory role in 5-star Hotels, Resorts, or housing services or equivalent. Work experience in a remote location would be an added advantage. Understanding of property statutory compliance guidelines.
Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field. Course related to Camp Management would be an added advantage.
