  • Role - Call Centre Agent - Arabic Speakers
  • Contract - 3 months
  • Location - Al Quoz Dubai
  • Salary - 4000-5000 AED
  • Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.
  • Accurately log interactions in the system and follow up as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
