Role - Call Centre Agent - Arabic Speakers
Contract - 3 months
Location - Al Quoz Dubai
Salary - 4000-5000 AED
Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.
Accurately log interactions in the system and follow up as required.
Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Immediate joiners preferred.
