Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up on customer interactions where necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
