Job Responsibilities
- Outbound and Inbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound calls from interested clients.
- Sales Pitch: Delivering scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to buy products or services.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns to build trust and rapport.
- Product Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about the products or services being sold to effectively answer customer queries and highlight benefits.
- Sales Targets: Working towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Database Management: Updating customer information in the company's CRM system and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Follow-up Calls: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, secure repeat business, or upsell additional products.
- Handling Objections: Addressing and overcoming customer objections to close sales.
- Compliance: Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection laws and telemarketing regulations.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback to supervisors.
