Job Description

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Tracking and monitoring the team’s daily operations and gathering feedback to generate daily reports for management.
  • Assigning queues and workload.
  • Meeting operational KPIs.
  • Checking project statuses and updating management on the performance of each project.
  • Handling escalations with clients.
  • Interacting and coordinating with other Group Business Units concerning escalations.
  • Assisting the Contact Center Manager with upcoming projects and ongoing plans to achieve team and department goals.
  • Maximizing the utilization of resources and agents.
  • Receiving inbound calls, emails, and live chats through the call center application as needed.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team.
  • Performing tasks commensurate with the role.

Requirements

  • Relevant Education Degree
  • 3 years of experience in a senior/supervisory role in a contact call center
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Approachable personality
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and multitask
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong team leadership abilities
