Call Center Representative Vacancy in Sharjah, UAE

Salon Receptionist
(Female Prospects Only) (Al Sahara Mall, Sharjah Branch Only).

We are seeking a Hair Salon Assistant for our Beauty Parlor. Duties include:

  1. Warmly welcome clients and walk them to the proper beauty terminal.
  2. Educate appointed beauty therapists of clients' arrival.
  3. Reserve and verify appointments via phone and email.
  4. Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue invoices.
  5. Offer beverages and engage in conversation with clients in the waiting area.
  6. Invite walk-ins and answer questions regarding services.
  7. Schedule consultations based on availability.
  8. Educate clients about new services and discounts.
  9. Cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
  10. Update customer records with contact and billing information, appointments, and services provided.
  11. Manage our call center.
  12. Maintain a clean reception area.
  13. Order business cards, pamphlets, and stationery as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a Salon Assistant, Front Desk Agent, or similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as printers and POS systems.
  3. Knowledge of handling transactions.
  4. Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude.
  5. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  6. Ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
  7. Secondary school diploma.
