Call Center Representative Vacancy in Dubai, UAE

We are searching for energetic and self-motivated telesales specialists who will go out of their way to thrill our existing or new customers. The job involves outgoing phone calls as well as servicing inbound inquiries on motor insurance products. Strong consulting and negotiation skills are a must in order to achieve success in selling covers to potential customers or existing customers and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to delivering the policy. You will be preparing and presenting motor quotations, emailing, and following up, confidently servicing and speaking with each prospect.

As this is an inbound and outbound telesales role, prior relevant telesales experience is required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
• Verifiable success working in telesales or sales
• Appropriate phone etiquette and pleasant phone voice
• Polished convincing and negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Adaptability and openness to innovation and improvement
