Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Abu Dhabi. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, solving issues, providing product and service information, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Make outbound calls to customers when necessary, including follow-ups or surveys.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Document and update customer records in the call center system, ensuring all interactions are logged correctly.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to assist customers effectively.
  • Stay up to date with company promotions, updates, and changes in policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
  • Following up on interested clients.
  • Daily reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in call center roles or customer service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
