Call Center & Customer Service ( UAE National)
Job description
Department: Admission and Registration Unit.
Experience: 2 Years call center/customer service Experience (Experience in UAE is a plus)
Job Description:
- Provides information related to policies and conditions for the admission of new students at the university.
- Updates knowledge and provides information relating to the university (specialization, fees, etc.).
- Responsible for responding to inquiries relating to exams, holidays, course schedules, etc.
- Follows up on student queries and communicates with students via email.
- Prepares daily and monthly reports as needed and reports to the Deputy General Register.
- Records all inquiries and maintains proper documentation.
- Responsible for contacting students who have dropped out.
- Conducts surveys related to AAU programs & services.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the General Register.
Desired Candidate Profile
General Conditions:
- Proficiency in English language, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Arabic language, spoken and written.
- Enthusiastic fresh graduates can also apply.
- Good command of computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.
- Ability to manage confidential information is a must.
