Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
