Call Center Agent - Arabic & Chinese Speaker

We are looking for Customer Service role.

Please note that this job is 24/7, Rotational 6 Days a week.

Salary - 5000 AED with Single Benefits

Education Qualification - Only Graduate - Bachelors or Degree/Diploma (3 years)

12th Pass need not apply.

Job Description:

  1. Put customer needs first, be energetic and provide first call resolution (FCR) to all the customers.
  2. Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer enquiries with accurate information.
  3. Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
  4. Identify and escalate issues appropriately and ensure a timely response.
  5. Ensure best in class customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  6. Support customer on multiple channels (Voice, Email, Chat) and verifying information as per process.
  7. Educate customers on procedures and processes to ensure the interaction is valuable to the customer.
  8. Ensure escalations are followed up within specified timeline.
  9. Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre experience in a Soft Skill driven environment.
  10. Good English language skills required. (Arabic language skills preferred)
  11. Excellent communication skills both written (Email/Chat) and verbal (Voice).
  12. Good problem-solving skills.
  13. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  14. Good computer skills in all MS Office packages.
  15. Comfortable to work within an agile team.
