Answers phones & emails from customers professionally and responds to customer inquiries and complaints. Routes inbound calls to the appropriate resources while escalating priority issues to the relevant senior authority in charge. Provides customers with information on company services and products while ensuring conversion of inquiries to reservation is achieved where possible. Researches new information using available resources, updates job knowledge by studying new product/service descriptions and participates in relevant trainings. Handles and resolves customer complaints regarding product & services, processes forms and applications.
