We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and managing client inquiries over the telephone.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong command of the Arabic and English languages.
Preferred 2+ years of work experience as a call center Agent.
Capable of working under stress and targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiating sales and conversion with potential and difficult clients over the phone.
Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications from scratch.
Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.
Meeting sales targets.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
