Franchise Manager, Men's Health – GEM

As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the number of patients treated with and market share of franchise products throughout the assigned territory, while developing and leveraging relationships with medical Key Opinion Leaders, hospital administration, and medical societies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains awareness of industry, competition, health care and economic trends and their impact on franchise short-term and long-term business plans, adjusting plans as needed to reflect market conditions.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and accounts by developing and leveraging relationships in high-growth opportunity accounts and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Develops and executes sales strategies and activities to grow the number of patients treated with defined franchise products including cross-sectional patient identification and patient referral.
  • Articulates solutions and added-value programs and communicates conceptual/strategic topics outside the product.
  • Ensures increasing numbers of patient treatment and clinical success through the education and training of physicians and hospital staff including patient identification and referral, implant, follow-up, and ongoing patient monitoring procedures.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, HEMA, HS&P, and the sales team on an account level to remove barriers and introduce solutions/tools (e.g., Patient Identification Tool).
  • Educates local sales teams to take over projects in identified accounts after successful project implementation and focuses on developing the next account.
  • Needs to be passionate about growing a business and/or a therapy; comfortable addressing a cross-section of stakeholders within an account; internally collaborating with functions and sales team to develop and execute optimal strategies by account.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialized field.
  • Broad product context and therapies knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross-group dependencies.
  • Develops solutions to diverse business problems of high complexity which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Analyzes situations or data with in-depth evaluation of various factors.
  • Exercises judgment within practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions, evaluating impact on business and results.
  • Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
  • Considerable latitude on specialized projects, determining objectives of assignment.
  • Selects methods and techniques to lead a project to completion.
  • Develops departmental policies and procedures, new techniques, and standards.
  • Interfaces with senior management on significant matters, may lead specialized project teams which have a broad impact on the company utilizing cross-functional resources.
  • Guides the successful completion of major programs and often functions in a project leadership role.
  • Effects of decisions are long-lasting and influence the future course of the organization.
  • Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.
  • Serves as a consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, projects, or objectives.
  • Uses diplomacy and tact to diffuse high-tension situations, particularly with senior-level internal and external contacts.
  • Participates in the development of others by facilitating training and providing feedback and guidance.
