Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Voice process: handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Chat process: Handle customer's requirements via chats and emails.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate with BPO Backgrounds or international BPO is required
  • Minimum 1 year call center/contact center experience.
  • Chinese and English speaking is a must
  • Must have experience working on the basis of KPIs
  • Candidates that have taken IELTS exam prior is preferred.
