Recruitment Manager | Emiratization Specialist | Connecting Talent with Transformative Opportunities Across Middle East

Role - Call Center Agent

Contract - 6 Months contract Extendable

Salary - 5000 AED

Location - Dubai

Type - Outsourced

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve issues promptly or escalate them when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
